pathetic Service

I upgraded on the 30th Nov 2013 from Blackberry to Nokia Lumia. My package is my choice top up 200 @ R359 which comes with R200 airtime, 25 SMS & 150MB data. Since i upgraded I've been billed an extra R60 for BIS which is no use to me since im using a Nokia. I've logged a query with store(Westgate) where i did my upgrade & no justice was done. I called the callcenter & spoke to Palesa Maoeng who promised to finaly resolve this but im still not receiving my data which should be allocated to me. She requested my upgrade docs which were sent on the 25th March & promised feedback. Till today i havent received feedback in regards to fixing my package & compensation of all the data owed to me. I was billed about R430 from April 2014 instead of R359. I truely cannot wait for end of contract to get out of this rather pathetic service provider! To think that I've been a loyal customer for as far as I can remember.
