Pathetic service

this is the worst service i have ever received for my wife`s contract, its due for upgrade but were declined for the upgrade and yet her account has always gone off never defaulted, and now my wife is sitting without any phone all because MTN is so full of themselves just want my dam money nothing elce. Top of that she has being a client for over 10years. if you want to call my number is ***. il; ill be going to another service provider later today t migrate my wifes contract.
