03 Mar 2015, 12:10Hello Annointed,
We are truly sorry for the breakdown in service as well as the delayed response to your post. It is not our intention to dissatisfy you in any way.
We can confirm that the account status has been updated/changed to a corporate account.
From a complaints resolution perspective, we would need to contact our Corporate Department as well as Calvin with whom you've been dealing with directly. We dont want to create any duplicate requests and delay the resolution of the complaint any further.
We have taken into consideration that you have been spending more than you expected and we will look at compensating you for the additional expenditure.
As soon as Calvin can give us feedback and confirms that he has contacted you directly can we credit you for the additional expenditure.
Once again we are truly sorry for the breakdown in service.
Regards
Tim
