PATHETIC SERVICE!

Good day! I called on the 23rd of January to cancel my insurance on my device effective the end of February as we have currently immigrated.

IT IS NOT CANCELLED!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS. please check your records and cancel this insurance immediately. The agent I spoke to was Kgotso Kga****oe and he was less than competent to say the least. Please go and listen to your calls, that was very clearly stated "recorded" and cancel my insurance and refund me my money due to your lack of professionalism!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It has been 5 days since I laid the complaint and still NO feedback!!
