pathetic service

in november i had a lot of loyalty points purchased sms bundles they never came through yet my points were depleted and i assumed that they would be reimbursed but till date they havent ,then same day if not a day after did an airtime advance the airtime was depleted without me even using it whats wrong with y'alls system then i won 50 yello bucks they also expired i have tried a number of times to use your ussd *156*083# it keeps on giving an error that the service is unavailable from yesterday if not a day before this is actually quiet irritating to say the least
