Pathetic service

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my paid up letter. I was told by MTN (Facebook) because that’s where I could get some sort of communication..that I must call 135 and email their legal team. I did. And I never got through to the legal team when I call 135 and only got an email back to acknowledge receipt of my email to the legal team. I followed up this morning after a week of not getting any further communication back and I was told the same thing in a cold manner. Pathetic! Send me my paid up letter MTN- you are useless
