Pathetic service

The worst service provider. I had a 36 month contract with them. I called to cancel my contract 2 months before it ended, the agent told me to call back the month that the contract was supposed to end which I did. To my surprise they carried on debiting me. I called and send emails, did anyone assist hell no! They just told me there is a system issue and they can't cancel then I requested a refund, they said it had been logged and it would take 21 weeks. It's been over 6 months and they don't ever respond to anything. It takes at least 35 mins for someone to answer their damn calls and when they eventually do there is no resolve. I've had this reference number ***, it's been of no use because they can never find the case. They sent this to me in email so who are they making a fool? If you want great service MTN is not the way
