Pathetic service
MTN SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I hate the fact that I have been their loyal client for ages. I set up a debit order for the 25th, they dont debit me, until after a week. They come and lock my outgoing calls. Whose fault is it that they didnt debit me on the date? Bunch useless ***********, arrogant, disrespectful and inconsiderate service provider. If you want peace stay away from MTN

01 Apr 2025, 08:59They dont even call me to explain why they didnt debit me, they just come and close my line. I regret my every cent, I spent on MTN, they are too ***********. The energy for coming to close my line with no proper communication. pathetic
