pathetic serive and manners

I am a customer since 2006 at mtn and always do my upgrades with them today I needed a quote at mtn corkwood mall in Uitenhage for one of my contract phones that was ****** and I received the worst service from 2 ladies named Caith-Linn and the manager named Jocelyn told me she can't help me with the quote so if I want to take my contracts and do it somewhere else I must do so ,that's pathetic
