Pathetic sand Terrible service

I had a contract with them and i did an early cancellation and settled the account, and they MTN confirmed receiving settlement payment, cancelled the contract. After all that they went debit my account, sending me endless emails keep opening and closing cases without resolving my query. I have been been querying this with them from Dec 2022 and they are not helping at all. After multiple calls and mails you just don’t receive feedback. Was just transferred from one person and department to another. I have never in my life seen such unprofessionalism like MTN
