Pathetic poor service

I am still waiting for free data from MTN to all UNISA students. I sent numerous emails to UNISA and MTN....zero response. I phoned MTN numerous times every time they say they will escalate the problem to UNISA....zero response. My examination dates is around the corner I NEED THAT FREE DATA URGENTLY. I sent numerous sms'e to 44304...response I received was that they have already received a request for my student number. Its a hell of a battle toe get any MTN "SERVICE CHAMPION" on 135 to assit me PROPERLY
