Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic

By far the worst experience I've had. Even worse than Telkom. Internet has been very bad these past couple days. Call in to see what's going on. Just a general enquiry. Asked for my number and stuff. Then I just got passed around like a hot fricken potato. What the hell. I buy data every week for my router and now I can't even get upload speeds more than 1mbps. The stability is bad but that I can deal with. But not even being able to get a good upload speed for gaming, that's a new low from these network companies. It's no wonder that almost everyone switches to private companies for fiber. These network providers are so inconsistent and unreliable
