Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic!

Guys, I'm very very frustrated with you. And I'm trying very hard to contain myself.

But I mean I've called in 4 times and I keep holding on the line for 20 minutes or more. I've sent like 4 or 5 emails requesting to cancel my contract which has lapsed and I've only gotten a response once from a consultant who asked for an alternative number to call me on but I never ever got called after. What kind of nonsense is this?

Yet you guys keep debiting my account on time EVERY TIME! And I've been struggling with you since December 2020.

I've contacted you guys on Facebook and I was promised feedback, and it's been weeks and I still haven't gotten any!

Now my line is suspended and I still have so many minutes on that line that belong to me!

Please sort it out. NOW! I expect it to be resolved within the next day!
