Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic

This is the second month that MTN has an initiated an unauthorised debit order from my account..this a regarded as *****. I pay my mtn account monthly via the app and now they debit my account for another amount...by reversing the debit order it affects my credit bureau scores.. I intend to raise this with the telecommunications ombudsman.
