i have been put on hold for 80 in the past 3 days trying to get hold of retentions department.

numerous emails that they have received my request for urgent call back but they have failed in doing so

i already cancelled 2 of my contracts and if im not assisted today i will cancel my remaining contract with MTN call center is just as bad

not to mention social media

you have till 10h00 today otherwise my remaining number will be prepaid as well and ill take my service elsewhere
