Pathetic over charges

Funny how when you take out a top up contract and you ask if the amount per will change and they answer is no but guess what my Dad has got a topup and he got a extra contract for me which is also a top up.

We are supposed to pay a amount of R463.50 per month but for the last 3 months we are paying almost R150 rand more per month and we are paying for the new device as well we are now paying R579 a month in these hard times and charging these amounts for pensioners.

This is pathetic how we are done in by these places
