Hello MTN, so your online application for data contracts is full of *********** staff. For two full weeks, non of your staff where able to assist me with a new data contract. i did an application, but when i do a follow up on the application no one knew anything on the application. Mind you, i even had to do a follow up. IMAGINE doing a follow up on a service that you will be paying for instate of the sales person being the one doing a follow to SELL the product to a customer.
