Pathetic network provider

Do not take out a contract with MTN they are the worst network service provider actually they are the worst company I have ever encountered. They do not respond to queries and most definitely do not rectify any fault on their part. I took out a Black Friday special with them and 3 months later I am still not receiving the promised allocated minutes. My money is being taken every month without them providing the minutes. I have called, emailed, whatsapped tried every communication forum to get absolutely nothing out of them. Stay away!!!! They do not even deserve a single star rating. Pathetic service
