Pathetic network in an important area
<p>I work in the Port of Richards Bay and I get terrible network connectivity. From dropped calls to horrible data speeds. I checked the coverage map and this place isnt covered. This needs to be sorted out asap as this area is a busy are and we cannot afford dropped calls at work. I have logged a call about it at mtn and I've also filled in the online form for network issues in your area...I had mtn call me back to take co ordinates of the area but they haven't gotten back to me since.</p>
I have already submitted this form twice. First time a had someone from MTN call me back and they took down the co ordinates then never got back to me after that. Second time there was zero contact. I dont think a third time is going to make a difference
