Pathetic Network Coverage, Poor Customer Service & *****

I have been struggling with terrible network coverage in my area. I am paying for 100MBS download, but getting (on average) less than 10MBS download. I have reached out, numerous times, to your *** and Twitter accounts with little to no success. Besides the poor customer service and pathetic network, I am expected to pay for 100MBS download when in actual fact I have never received even half of that. How is it legal to sell a product and not even try to deliver it?
