Pathetic network and customer service

Worst network to be with ! Started my contract in March, my debit order stopped going off ( while having more than enough money in my account for the debit order) From the 1st of June, I have been trying to get hold of mtn via email and going into the store 5 times and no one can help me. I have to go into store every month just to pay, do they not want the money??? My app is also useless keeps saying refresh. Pathetic service, pathetic staff and overall pathetic network.
