Pathetic network
I am sick and tired of MTN. It is a pathetic network. Try to keep my cool about it but I have reached my limit. Took out a TOP UP contract recently, only to find out you cannot buy data with the airtime given to you monthly. That sucks. We pay for it but rare restricted with how we can spend it. I bought 30 rand airtime yesterday and when I try to buy airtime now it tells me that I have insufficient funds?????? So it eats all my airtime up out of data bundle rates. It really frustrated me as this ALWAYS happens. If. I load airtime and try to buy data, it doesn't allow it. Then it eats ALL my airtime and I get an sms to say that I am using out of data bundles rates. I HAVE HAD IT WIITH MTN. Please someone contact me and advise me how to cancel my contract and what charges will incur.

Kindly be advised that you're not charged on out bundle rate and if you try to buy data bundles and it says that you have insufficient airtime , kindly reboot the handset. Please note that you can buy data bundles from your bank account the same way you buy airtime. In order to cancel your contract kindly contact 808 and request for the cancellation and they will need the name of the phone , model and the cell phone number that you would like to cancel.
We sincerely hope that the above is in order and hope that we are able to restore your faith in us.
