Pathetic nd unprofessional service from Mtn

I have been an mtn client for 25 years. In the past year I have been having issues where mtn ****** me of my contractual entitlement for 6 months and they did not have a decency to call me back with the numerous emails I had sent them. I had to call the call centre for feedback. Another issue with my home internet system, no feedback from mtn for the past 3 weeks and incorrect debit order dates. A trashy service no doubt with no interest in contacting the client with feedback. I will not be using or referring this service provider again.
