Pathetic MTN - You should sharpen up your communicating skills

Hi,

I bought a Samsung G Fold mid April at Mall of Africa to the value worth of R36k.

2 weeks ago the phone starting giving problems and the speaker doesn't work anymore.

I tried the local MTN store in Tzaneen, where I live, they said they cannot assist and I need to contact Mall of Africa, I tried for 5 days - NO answer, no answer, I even tried their customer care to assist, even they where pathetic to say the least.

The phone is under warranty and currently I am paying R 2400/month for a phone contract that is not even working.

I need answers.
