Pathetic MTN unable to follow through and just do your work!

Pathetic Staff at MTN MONDO (on the number ***) who was supposed to follow through and cancel a contract that was never started way back in Aug 2022 already. When I also spoke to the one person there on 28 Dec2022, at the sales side of MONDO, he confirmed that MTN has had everything in order in Aug 2022 and that it was supposed to have been cancelled back then, but wasn't, and he apologized and he said he would personally attend to it all and that was supposed to all take place "within 3-5 days" (according to him, and he was going to let me know once it was done (but still MTN's appointed rude and annoying attorneys harass me on a weekly basis, even though I've told them and they've recorded the conversations that there is no contract), but till today, nothing has been done! Nor has he returned my numerous calls! I've called on numerous occasions from the 10th Jan2023 till 20 Jan 2023, and not one of the call centre staff (and I spoke to 5 different people in total) were able to assist, or even willing to assist. They just cover their backsides by saying they will get someone to call me back, but not one committed to resolving the problem and follow through....pathetic and useless!! Even their Managers, and in particular a Mr Vasigan Naidoo doesn't return calls (even though the poor call centre persons say he will call back "before the end of business" on that day, but that doesn't happen - and still nothing is done to resolve my issue and have something cancelled that never existed!!
