Pathetic MTN SOUTH AFRICS

Pathetic service to cancel contract. I was paying R299 for my monthly contract. After expiry they surprisingly presented me with R1299. I can't even reach by dialling 135 to cancel the contract. Please some one help from MTN. They can reach me on my email ***. thanks
