PATHETIC MTN SERVICE TO RETAIN BUSINESS!

Pathetic customer service! they give you absolutely no reason to remain a loyal customer let alone even welcome a customer. I have been trying to get assistance for an upgrade and keep getting the same nonsense from the agents of being cut off because no one wants to take the initiative to help. So stuff MTN if thats what my business means then please cancel my contract!! I always dealt with someone in my local store but now having to resort to doing everything remotely and yet a mobile giant in the year 2021 still cant make your experience seamless shows their inferior growth intelligence. And to think we rely on them for connectivity.
