PATHETIC MTN SERVICE, THE PITS!!!!!

Mtn is the pits. I since did a claim, filled in everything they wanted, submitted all the forms. When I try to call I can’t get through to their insurance lines. All I keep getting is your purchase order has been placed. This is absolute *******. I have to try calling everyday and sending mails daily for someone to miraculously respond and that’s if they do.
