PATHETIC MTN!!!!!!! SERVICE FROM HELL!!!! BA***

I have been billed R1629.27 for a R499 5G month to month package since signing up in November. Since this I have logged 10 tickets just for them to repeatedly as me for documents I have already uploaded to the email and after waiting several hours the tickets are resolved without solution. This is pathetic service and I will be filing a formal complaint.
