Pathetic MTN Service

Firstly I canceled my contract chose not to renew, requested to move to prepaid. The next day after the end date of the contract my sim card is rica barred. To top it off they cannot fix it for the past 2 months I've been going back and forth to the store and endless calls.

MTN insurance is just as bad. Claimed for a fone, they said it cannot be repaired so they offered me another fone Galaxy A15, it worked for 6 days then the screen just went black. They collected the fone, no communication the fone was received, I contacted them they couldn't locate the fone, a few days later the fone is found. Now the fone is damaged yet I sent the fone back in the condition and packaging I received it.I've been trying to get this sorted since 11 June going on 2 months now. MTN service is pathetic honestly.
