My experience with MTN has been the most disappointing, time consuming process. I have tried to contact MTN on numerous occasions, all attempts have failed. My grievances are as follows:

1. I am being billed R1509 for a contact that was canceled on the 16th of November. Ref no: ***

2. I have done an early upgrade for R84 as well as an only Sim data deal for R399. Both of which have not been activated on my account.

Kindly assist in ensuring that this matter is dealt with timeously. Please note, thar I have exhausted all platforms before using Hello Peter
