Pathetic MTN service

If there was a no star rating that would be my choice For years I have been trying to get MTN to fix an issue where when I miss a call, callers are notified that my number does moet exist. This problem still continues till this day. For 3 month and on 2 separate occasions I have tried to transfer ownership of the account belonging to this number. After signing a contract indicating that the account has been transferred my services was suspended without notice due to insufficient payments- the account was never transferred and therefor there was no debit order. After two weeks and three visits to the Tygervalley MTN store and trying to have my contract cancelled and moved to pre-paid in order to have my number ported- NOTHING WAS DONE!

I would not recommend this service provider to anyone.
