Pathetic MTN service

I have been a member with MTN for so long and their services are disgusting. They put you on hold just so that you have to talk to another agent and go through the same process of providing your details. And don’t even get me started with getting replies on emails and in store assistance. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting. I need to cancel all MTN products and services. Is big companies like this that doesn’t care about their clients. All they care about is the millions they make off the people.
