Pathetic MTN service

This being the same old story with this pathetic company. each and every month I have to beg them to get my 2 contract invoices I have with them. First it was posted, then we had to go into a site to download and now they changed this again to who knows what. No clarification on how and if you will receive the bill but trust me, spot on time each and every month these @#$&* will have the stop order come off first before any other stop orders are deducted from my account. I refuse to stand in line at their stores and when one does, they are doing you a favour. do not recommend this **** company to anyone with their *********** staff they employ!!!!!!!!!!! I do after all pay their salaries the ##$%^&
