PATHETIC MTN SERVICE

How the hell can MTN change my deduction date (WITHOUT ANY WARNING OR CONSENT FROM MY SIDE) to the 21st of June? When my pay day and deduction date is the 25th of each month?? You guys are doing with a person's account just as u please and take forever to respond to emails!!!
