Pathetic MTN Retentions

I have been trying to reach the MTN retentions department for more than a week. I have sent MULTIPLE emails with ZERO response. I have also trying calling MULTIPLE TIMES but keep getting cut off. It also states you can chat to MTN on whatsapp, this does not work either! Can someone at MTN PLEASE come back to me??? Your reference numbers are so long and random. How can a telecommunications company be so unreachable??? I initially wanted to amend my contract but now I just want to cancel.
