Pathetic MTN Repair Service

<p>I bought a Sony Xperia Aqua M4 from TotalSport, Butterworth for R3,999.00 mid 2016. Overheating and loss of network signal became the phone's problems in less than three months while in use. I took it to the shop where I bought. The shop referred it to MTN Repair center in Port Elizabeth, Newton Park. It came back after 3 weeks after I made numerous enquiries. It was hardly a month when the same problems set in again. I took it TotalSport who sent it for repairs once again. I've been making follow-ups with no success, only to be told that MTN has sent it to the manufacturers. MTN does not call me and update me on what is happening with the phone. It's clear that this phone for which i paid the above amount of money is faulty. </p>
