Pathetic Mtn Newmarket

Why do you have people working in stores if they cant even assist with transferring of whatsapp data to new phone.. Mtn Newmarket mall Manager Deon hv a ****ty attitude, i have spend whole morning inside the store for the manager to back up my whatsapp on old phone so that i dont loose important info.. and get chats back on new phone.. he downloaded something taking fr ever.. so meanwhile i left with the phones bcoz download taking years.. to the extend the phone went flat and i had to charge it.. came back on download stopped called the Manager Deon that assisted he said no dont worry the download will srart by itself.. ahole day nothing happening.. i went back in store to show Deon, but he not in.. very ****y and attitude is tht he cant assist anymore i must go yo vodacom.. wow thats pathectic y do it in the first place..
