Pathetic MTN momo service. never never again

Hi There, I have paid for renew my car license disk like 10 days ago. there is not communication. so far. Unfortunately it is Mobile Communication Company also. I have been trying get hold of them on Customer Care. it is very difficult. i have to hold the phone for 45 mins, still i can hear the sad music from MTN Customer Service. Guys Plz refrain from applying for this kind of services from MTN Momo. It is really bad communication system. I dont know if I need to go for licensing department my self or wait for pathetic Momo service. I am in fix. Plz and Plz dont do the mistake I have done
