Pathetic MTN legal department

Absolutely disgusted in the way you process urgent matters! I was promised 3-5 business working days to get a reply, it’s been over two weeks. I have something everything important at stake (which I had to ask an extension for)! I am beyond fuming. I want a reply ASAP! Makes me wonder if you even have a legal department?! After this I’m canceling both my contracts. Never ever ever using MTN again! The efficiency and customer care of this company is beyond flawed! Sies.
