Pathetic MTN Langeberg mall

My mom was at MTN Langeberg mall on Monday 5 May to take out a contract. It's the 14th and still nothing happening. My mom goes in every day and it's 1 excuse after another. Today they asked if she would like to take out a contract. The manager is super UNhelpful. Don't know what to do anymore. And my elderly mom is without contact to anyone and will have a problem if anything happens to her and she can't get hold of anyone
