PATHETIC MTN INTERNET COVERAGE, SLOW AS 20 YEARS AGO TECHNOLOGY.

MTN LTE Internet is so slow it's like 20 years ago WAP just to refresh or go to another page on the web I can click the link then stand up to put on the kettle, wait for the kettle to boil, make coffee and still drink the coffee finish before the page opens. And that is when my phone shows it's got LTE. On Vodakom and other networks it takes less than a second on the same phone. I'm so sick and tired for being sick and tired of complaining to MTN Internet coverage about the problems we are experiencing in Bathurst and Port Alfred. Last week I spoke again to the coverage department and they said they are busy working on the towers here yet how come it's now worse than before? You should lay off your current staff or contractor and hire people that can do their work. My work depends on having a good Internet connection all the time not just some of the time, I'm losing money because my clients seek elsewhere if they can't contact me. But sadly I already know the outcome of my complaints as usual nothing will be done and all you care about is cashing in from my contract. I'm on your supreme package and this is the treatment we get for loyalty. How would you like if you bring your vehicle for repair and I don't fix it and charge you R2000 for it and you can't use it when you need it. This is pathetic, sorry I cannot express how I really feel here. SORT THIS OUT NOW
