Pathetic MTN Fixed LTE service

Looking to cancel new MTN Made for Home Fixed Contract LTE which you can't top up if anytime data runs out. You have a usage limit that doesn't kick in and can top up with contract but can't use the airtime once it's loaded. Trying to purchase data has been returning error messages for almost a week now. Contract only taken out on the 7th of January but awful service with consultants and social media pages clueless about how to buy or get any additional Anytime data.
