PATHETIC MTN CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM

I have been emailing this lot for the past 3 weeks , as usual MTN and their fantastically well trained customer service team🤣 has not responded once .

All I want to know is how to get a new sim card as I have lost mine whilst travelling in Vietnam . Surely this procedure is not a state secret .
