Pathetic Mtn customer service

Worst experience ever!!!i just upgraded my contract with them, meaning they should cancel the old one. I went into sign for the new one payed upfront for it including the Sim few days before getting paid and was told I wouldn't get a deduction on payday because the old contract would be canceled and will only pay in February again. They deduction the old contract money on payday too😡😡.. So I spoke to sales lady that gave me the false promises and all she had to say to me that the money will be credited to my account, but can't tell me if I will get another deduction February.. The devil is ****.. What kind of service is this.. Taking money that's not urs and then still choosing how to return it.. That's *****ing and ***** all in one.. Pathetic customer service at its best.. I can't put credited in my wallet or card to buy petrol and necessities 😡😡this is not on. Not a nice way to start my year..But I tell you devil is a ****. God is faithful 🙏
