Pathetic MTN connectivity in Bedfordview
I am resident in Bedfordview where for years now and in spite of many complaints, cell calls made have terrible connectivity where holding conversations are almost impossible and calls fail in approximately 80% of cases. I have had boosters installed which have never worked properly and despite a number of site visits the situation is worse now than ever and despite a visit from a senior technical person, who admitted it was an MTN issue, nothing has been done to improve it. It is pathetic.

31 May 2018, 09:10Typical vanilla reply. Tell them to go into their records and dig up the problems that have beset me ever since I've had the "Service". A much more acceptable customer service action is for them to phone me and arrange a meeting on site. At my last meeting with their regional technician, he undertook to report that the reception was terrible and something needed to be done. Needless to say nothing happened. MTN are pathetic.
