Pathetic MTN

I have a contract with MTN for over 20 years.

Since last year April I am experiencing a few issues .

1. Users from other networks cannot get through to my number . 2 I can’t even call the MTN helpline or contact centre.

I have been to the MTN store in Sandton , they did a SIM swop and said they will attend to the problem.

Previously I went to another MTN store and they also promised to attend to the problem.

I have called the customer contact centre , from my Vodacom number, and to date no one can help sort the problem out.

So I am paying for a contract number which cannot be contacted .

Seems like I need to change my service provider to get my moneys worth.
