Pathetic MTN - cancellation

I'm trying for months on end to cancel a sim card. Its pathetic that they cant get this right. We have to keep contacting their centre and then have to be transferred from one person to another. The staff are unprofessional. the controller even drops the phone on me, query still unresolved.
