Pathetic MTN!!!

I have been to calling 135 to cancel the LTE line this morning with no luck. I kept being told I will be transferred to the retentions department. Each I am transferred even though I raised concerns that staff members are cutting calls in that department I keep being told that they are the only ones that can assist. There's no accountability, empathy nor willingness to assist by anyone there pathetic!!!!
