Pathetic MTN

To whom it may concern I am currently sitting here at MTN Gateway with a Sales Agent named Sumiran. I have emigrated and therefore have contacted the retentions department in Sumiran’s presence, being kept on the line for over 30 minutes trying to get a settlement figure. With Sumiran as my witness, I have done my part and will not continue to put up with this horrific service. I now demand that my contract is cancelled IMMEDIATELY and this is why I am writing to Hello Peter. Kind Regards, Duran
